Reductions in limits are applied immediately, while requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
Session and time limits
This tool allows you to set a reminder or an automatic logout function after a certain duration. This helps you stay aware of the elapsed time and take breaks to maintain your objectivity while navigating the platform.
Temporary breaks and timeouts
If you need a short break, you can activate the "timeout" option. This suspends access to your account for a period of 24 hours to six weeks. During this interval, the account is inactive, and we will stop sending informative or promotional communications.
Self-exclusion and account closure
For situations requiring a long-term or permanent cessation, we offer the option of self-exclusion. Once activated, you cannot access your account for the chosen period (minimum six months). This process is irreversible until the period has elapsed, and we take steps to prevent you from accessing through other profiles.
